OPENING & CLOSING TIMES
Our opening times change according to every event. Please check the events page before attending to avoid disappointment. Events usually end at 4am. Please note that the car park gate closes at 5am. Gianpula Village reserves the right to remove any vehicles, if they are left in the car park area past 5am.
Entry & Security
Entry to Gianpula Village is subject to security checks and the presentation of a valid photo ID (Identification Card or Passport) No photos on mobile phones allowed. Bag checks may be carried out on arrival, and certain items are not permitted inside the venue. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests in the interest of safety, security, and the overall experience.
Dress Code
There is no specific dress code at Gianpula Village. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and appropriately for the event, while respecting the venue, the atmosphere, and other attendees. Entry remains subject to venue discretion.
Wheelchair Access
Yes, most clubs offer step-free access including Penthouse which has lift access. The Vault is the only club which doesn’t offer access to wheelchairs.
LOCKERS, LOST & FOUND
Are lockers available?
Lockers are not available on site.
Lost & Found
Lost items can be reported to on-site staff during the event or by contacting Gianpula Village after the event. While every effort is made to assist, the venue cannot guarantee the recovery of lost belongings.
BAR PAYMENT
Card payments are always encouraged at Gianpula Village. Most events operate on a cashless basis and may not accept cash at the bar. Guests are advised to bring a debit or credit card for purchases.
BUYING TICKETS
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance before arriving at Gianpula Village. While some events may offer tickets at the door, sold-out events will not have door sales. Valid tickets must be presented at the entrance for entry.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive as early to the event’s opening time as possible to avoid queues and missing out on the fun!
For table bookings, arrive by 12am. Late-comers risk losing their booking.
Guest-lists can close at any time, depending on the event.
MUSIC POLICY, PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Please check the information for the event that you’re attending because every party has its own music style.
By entering the venue as per our terms and conditions, you give consent to being photographed or filmed on the premises. Photographers and videographers are present for most of the events, except some which follow a ‘no photos’ policy.
If you’re taking your own photos and videos with your phone, share your memories with us & tag our socials! Kindly respect other clubbers.
FOOD & DRINKS
Food stalls are located in the main entrance area and serve a selection of delicious burgers, hot dogs, wraps, fries, vegetarian options, and other mouth watering bites.
Food and drinks which are purchased outside of Gianpula Village cannot be brought into our premises. Any items of the sort will be confiscated by our security team and thrown away at the main entrance.
PRIVATE EVENTS BOOKING
