From Gangnam Style to the Harlem Shake, from Slenderman to Flappy Bird, the 2010s were the decade that really saw sh*t hitting the fan, catapulting songs into the Internet Hall of Fame and perfecting the art of the meme. We spent five nights at Freddy’s, religiously watched PewDiePie videos, and actually touched grass thanks to Pokémon GO.

And all throughout that time, we bumped our favourite artists of the decade, be they Usher and Black Eyed Peas or Katy Perry and Kesha. It was a time when Pitbull became Mr Worldwide, when Justin Bieber was still a baby, when Kanye was still just all about the music, and Jason Derulo couldn’t stop mentioning his name before every single song.
