To provide excellent customer service

To maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety 

Ensure high standards and efficiency of work 

Maintain strict stock and financial control 

Flexibility to be available to work weekends and night shifts.

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service

Lead, train, and motivate the bar team

Maintain high service and drink quality standards

Manage staff scheduling and on-shift performance

Ensure excellent customer experience and handle complaints

Control stock levels, ordering, and wastage
