Taxi Services:

A taxi pick-up and drop-off point are available in the Gianpula Village car park.


The large car park provides ample space for parking, where you will find a car park operator who delegates where to park your vehicle and overlook the area while you’re inside. The car park’s gate closes at 5am. Gianpula Village is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle on our premises.

Be drink aware. We suggest that you agree on a non-drinking designated  driver before coming to Gianpula Village. Get the facts about drinking and driving here.

Our opening times change according to every event. Please check the events page before attending to avoid disappointment.

Events usually end at 4am. Please note that the car park gate closes at 5am.

Gianpula Village reserves the right to remove any vehicles, if they are left in the car park area past 5am.

The legal age is 17+. Kindly provide a form of identification to avoid any disappointment. Access will be denied to anyone under the age of 17. Gianpula Village reserves the right to carry out security checks, bag searches or body checks upon entering the premises.

We have no specific dress code unless the event you are attending requests one, however, Gianpula Village reserves the right to refuse admission for unsuitable attire.

Yes, most clubs offer step-free access including Penthouse which has lift access. The Vault is the only club which doesn’t offer access to wheelchairs.

Lockers are not currently available at Gianpula Village. The management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.

Our bars accept cash, contactless payments including Apple Pay & Google Pay, as well as payments with credit/debit cards.

Tickets can be purchased from the door on arrival unless the event is sold out.

We recommend that you purchase your tickets online before the event to avoid disappointment. Visit the events page for more information.

Please arrive as early to the event’s opening time as possible to avoid queues and missing out on the fun!

For table bookings, arrive by 12am. Late-comers risk losing their booking.

Guest-lists can close at any time, depending on the event.

VIP Premium Sofa Tables hold a maximum of 8 people.

Deposit is redeemable as a credit on bottle service.

Waiter service is included for our VIPs.

Fee is not refundable and should be spent on the night.

The deposit fee is equivalent to a minimum spend.

By entering the venue as per our terms and conditions, you give consent to being photographed or filmed on the premises. Photographers and videographers are present for most of the events, except some which follow a ‘no photos’ policy.

If you’re taking your own photos and videos with your phone, share your memories with us & tag our socials! Kindly respect other clubbers.

Food stalls including Gianpula Burger and Gianpula Pizza are located in the main entrance area and serve a selection of delicious burgers, hot dogs, wraps, fries, vegetarian options, and other mouth watering bites.

Food and drinks which are purchased outside of Gianpula Village can not be brought into our premises. Any items of the sort will be confiscated by our security team and thrown away at the main entrance.
